Full & partial house rewiring in London
Old, unsafe or undersized wiring replaced to current 18th Edition wiring regulations — with minimal disruption and full certification on completion.
When a rewire is actually necessary
Not every electrical problem needs a full rewire, but there are clear signs it's time: fuse boxes with old rewireable fuses instead of RCD/RCBO protection, round-pin sockets or fabric-covered cabling, frequent nuisance tripping, or a property that hasn't been rewired in the last 25–30 years. If you're buying, selling, or renting out a property, an EICR will tell you definitively whether a rewire is needed — see our EICR service.

Common questions
Do I need to move out during a rewire?
For a full rewire most people stay elsewhere for a few days while first-fix work happens, though it's not always essential. We'll talk through what makes sense for your specific job.
Will you patch up the walls afterwards?
We make good any chasing to a plaster-ready finish. Full redecoration or a perfect plaster finish is usually handled by a decorator, which we're happy to recommend.
Do I get a certificate afterwards?
Yes — you'll receive an Electrical Installation Certificate confirming the work meets BS 7671 wiring regulations.
