How we work

Gridian was set up to do the unglamorous parts of trades work properly: turning up when we say we will, pricing honestly before starting, and giving you the right certification once the job's done. We work across residential and commercial properties, for homeowners, landlords and letting agents alike.

Qualifications & accreditations

• NAPIT registered electrical contractor
• Gas Safe registered for plumbing and heating work
• Fully insured for domestic and commercial work

Our approach to pricing

You get a price before work starts, not an estimate that grows once we're on site. If something unexpected turns up once we open a wall or a fuse box, we stop and talk to you before doing anything that changes the cost.
